Wendy's - Mount Pleasant

What can I say. Wendy’s is usually pretty good or at least better than other fast food restaurants. This particular Wendy’s had very friendly staff.

I sure do love the baconators, but I miss the old fries. Still great store. Great service

Arby didn't take long to get my order ready. The food itself was good, but I had an issue when I asked about the sauces, specifically the Arby's sauce and horsey sauce. I was told to wait until my order was ready to ask for sauces. When my order was complete, I was asked which sauces I wanted, so I requested two packets of Arby's sauce and 5-6 packets of horsey sauce. The young lady at the counter informed me that they were out of horsey sauce. I then realized that I hadn't received the curly fries I ordered, and if I had known they were out of horsey sauce, I would have chosen a different option, as I prefer to use Arby's sauce with fries. I understand that places can run low on supplies, but it would have been helpful to have that information beforehand to make an informed decision. By the way, I asked how long they had been out of horsey sauce, and I was told it was just for today. It seems like they are more focused on sales tactics than on providing good service to customers.

Neko was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic! We truly appreciated their cheerful personality. After encountering a number of fast food staff who seemed quite unhappy, it was a refreshing change to meet someone so positive. Neko is absolutely wonderful!
