Krakus Deli - Mount Pocono

The best Polish store in the Poconos. Tiny space, but great selection of fresh deli meats, cheeses, kiełbasa and packaged products. Fresh bakery selection few times a week. If you like paczki (Polish donuts) that is the place to go in the Pocono area.

I went here for the first time, saw the donuts show cased as you enter and figured I would give them a try! Asked one of the older workers if the small lunch bags were the only item available to place the donuts in and worker said yes and she walked right on by me. Then I went up to the counter after a polish lady before me ordered only one thing but she started speaking polish to the unfriendly worker. It was my turn so I proceeded to order their Swiss cheese I like a lot. Then the same worker said is that all you want? When I said yes she grimaced and walked into back room!!! But I guess it was ok for the other lady before me to order only one item?! I was amazed at her unfriendly manner. Oh I almost forgot, the list of deli items are all listed in Polish so I guess that explains the workers attitude toward me, as I don't speak polish. Needless to say I won't be returning! And by the way the donuts were very greasy as the lunch bag they were in was all greased up, and they lacked flavor!! I will say the kielbasa was delicious but not worth dealing with the disrespectful workers! If I were you I would try a friendlier place where your money will be well spent!

Small store packed with polish goodies.You can find everything there a good selection of great tasting kielbasa and other polish provisions , polish sweets, polish bread , teas, spices !! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Love it !

Found what I was looking for. The aroma inside is wonderful.
