For the first time, I encountered an issue where they mentioned they couldn't heat the meat in the microwave. It's crucial for pregnant women to have their meals heated to a specific temperature. This wasn't just a one-off situation; we only managed to get heated meat after some back and forth. Another staff member claimed she could heat it, but her attitude was off, and she remained rude for the rest of our visit. I do plan to return, but if I continue to face rude service, I can assure you my initial generous 4-star rating will drop significantly.
