There was no Yuengling on draft, and there were no lunch specials available. If you want to boost your customer traffic, you should always offer lunch specials, regardless of the day of the week.

It's a chain restaurant, so you expect the experiences and food to be consistent. However, that wasn’t the case here. This highlights how important service and staffing are. The food was served at room temperature, and the service was slow.

I had a fantastic evening at BWW with family and friends. Our appetizers arrived right away, and the dinner—featuring Bacon Cheeseburgers and Asian Zing Boneless Chicken Wings—was prepared just as we ordered and served promptly after we finished the appetizers. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. The soft drinks and Moscow mule were regularly refreshed, and the overall service was impeccable.
