Firehouse Subs Mount Vernon

I ordered a pastrami sub. With mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato. NOT toasted. Whoever fixed it toasted it. Which half cooked the tomato and lettuce and made it a disgusting mess. I about puked. Why.

Ordered a cookie and chips and didnt receive it for the second time. Please do better.

One of the worst fireworks sites. The drink bar never has wedges or half of the stuff. Eating is always meh. Ordnete Makkaroni, it was literally ice cold in the middle when she took a frozen lump and there was nowhere near long enough microwave.

Consistently good sandwiches, but for the second time the ride through the staff was somewhere between Flippant and Rude. Hopefully this will improve. Being short staff does not tend to expect common courtesy.

Ok, woulda been less stars if sandwiches were gross but they were good however, my husband found a piece of what looks like the plastic tie used to close bread bags in one of the bites he took. Surprising to find this considering the place had no customers and counted 6 girls working-well only 1 girl was working cleaning some sort of equipment, 4 of them all gossiping at the register while we were deciding what to order-had some questions but felt like we had to wait for their conversation to be over before asking anything. I would attach photo of what found but having trouble doing so.
