Chili's Grill - Mountain Home

For the first time I ate chili 's?️ I'll eat there in a definitiv! eating, service atmosphere was great. the only reason I didn't give 5 's was bc they tablet at each table to play with trivia games while waiting for their meal that was fun. However, they need to let the patrons know that there is $2.99 that is added to their check when they check out. this has not been published, or at least we did not see it published that we are calculated when we played the game. other than that, I would definitely recommend it to eat again very soon!

This is my first time at chili and it was a good first impression. the seat is different but not too bad. eating was really good! our waiter was very nice. we will be back in the future?

I ordered the most basic burger at this chili’s 5-26-22. Literally the cheapest burger on the menu and they gave me not one, not two, but three pickle ends as pickles on my burger. I don’t know what restaurant even puts the ends on burgers, but they do, apparently. Check your pickles at this place. And if you have to check to make sure you got good pickles, then maybe this isn’t the restaurant to go to for a burger.

Never thought i would say this, but terrible dining experience! Server never asked nor refilled our endless chilps and salsa, strawberry lemonade was nothing more than some barely sweet water with a pinkish color to it and had to change to a soda. After pointing out that drink was bad, server started ignoring our table. When we got her attention, drink refills were slung on the table. When they plated the big mouth burgers, they left off the ranch dressing dip. Again, when we pointed it out, a tiny cup of ranch was slung on the table in a fly-by. Food was ok, just barely. Seems as if they are cutting corners on service, presentation, and quality.

The food was delicious! It was quite busy when we left, but they allowed us to sit down and served our meals quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this Chili's location!
