Moroccos Mountain View

Fantastic experience! We stopped by on our way to a concert at the HP Pavilion without much prior research. The owner, who is originally from Casablanca, was very attentive and took the time to explain the menu, making it easy to strike up a conversation. The food was outstanding in every respect, reasonably priced, and served promptly, which was perfect given our schedule for the show.

The food here is outstanding—everything is made fresh, so you can be confident that nothing has been sitting on the stove or under a heat lamp for too long. The lentil salad was excellent, and both the beef and vegetable couscous platter and the lamb tagine were delicious.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the live music was delightful. The food was decent, but the service seemed a bit overwhelmed due to the busy night. However, the complimentary snacks and glass of wine really helped to compensate for the wait.

My appetizer had hair in it. I had to flag someone down to let them know. Finally received my glass of wine after I had reminded the waitress twice at the end of my meal. Food was delicious!!! Needs better service to be a great all around restaurant.

Great meal, in every way!!!The menu was perfect for 2 vegans, a could-be vegetarian, and a full on carnivore, so I would give Morroccos a 2-thumbs-up!Love the decor and the service was pefect.Can't wait to return
