Írjon visszajelzéstUpdated review- Unfortunately, I was given the wrong information when asking about the rake. I was told it was 6.00 which had me think the rake had been reduced from 8.00. The rake is 6.00 with an extra 2.00 for the promotion. That is again 8 dollars which makes the 1 3 NL game unbeatable. Fortunately for the Red Dragon Ace's Poker, most recreational players are not aware of the devastating effects of such a high rake and how it affects their ability to make a profit. I stand by my initial review.
I was visiting my son in Seattle and my husband wanted to play poker. My son took us to Aces. The service was great! The service from the bartender Melany was excellent. We ordered the nachos, they weren't very good. Does not matter though. I didn't come for the nachos. I'll take great service over nachos anytime. I will be back!
Cozy poker room with always at least one 1/3 NLH game going at all times. Weekends are fun with heavy action.
Update- KUDOS to the Red Dragon for reducing their rake! You've certainly earned my return patronage by listening to our concerns. That being said and appreciated, the food/drink service overall continues to be substandard. I haven't seen Seth, the BEST EVER OG server lately. His superb service alone earned the business an additional star BUT the new blonde server is the WORST EVER! Slow, rude, and SURLY. Guest services do not appear to be in her realm of consciousness. I listened in disbelief as she RUDELY informed more than one guest why she couldn't take their drink order. Her reason may have been defensible, the way she communicated it was not. Everyone deserves a second chance. Perhaps, she was having a bad day......will be interesting to see if it continues. Once again, THANK YOU for reducing the rake and for the convenience of Ace's Poker app! See you soon!
The poker is good, the management of play is good. they seem to struggle with staffing levels. service is slow due to staffing and the wait for a game is often enormous. The potential is there
