My safety is super important here especially during these times of Covid19 Right at the door is a person sanitizing our hands and making sure that everyone wears a mask. The staff is very friendly, they greet and make me feel welcome

I always get the best customer extremely friendly staff and the food is always tasty and fresh

The service and food was up to standard. The place was not neat at all

The place was clean, the meat taste and the way it was cooked its consistent to all KFCs accross the country. There's another dining lounge on the first floor with a big couch which is great. However, we were only told that our order will be ready in 10 minutes time, after we have ordered, it will be better to tell customers that before they order instead of accepting money and let them wait. We ended waiting approximately 20 minutes. Toilets on the other hand, we're clean but smelly, and it was still early in the morning to have smelly toilets. Secondly, the toilets can't be locked, you should make sure that your feet is always on the door.
