The Pushpagiri Cafe - Mudgere

We arrived at the restaurant in the morning, likely being the first customers for breakfast. Initially, the restaurant seemed quiet and unwelcoming, making us hesitant to stay. However, once we placed our order, the kitchen quickly prepared our food and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. We were impressed with our decision to stop for breakfast. The location was peaceful and picturesque, despite some passing traffic. The outdoor Indian-style washroom was well-maintained. Overall, we were happy with the service and food provided. I have visited this restaurant multiple times. The hotel itself may not be high-end, but the service they provide is exceptional. The portion sizes and quality of the food are also good. The prices are reasonable. If you happen to be in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a cup of coffee or a snack.

We came across this cafe during our monsoon trip. In the amidst of green forest , this cafe looked very interesting. Though we judged quickly thinking hotel is not good, it turned out to be way beyond our expectations. Hotel staff treated us very nicely and showed us friendly gesture throughout. Food served here had both quality and quantity. Crispy dosa, Kadle chutney and khadak chai was blending perfect with rainy weather. Rates were reasonable and place was hygienic. Must come here for ambiance and I bet taste stays with us for a long time.

I had been here along with my family. Pretty good taste and options available. I would say the service provided was really excellent. We were treated well ans the options available are also good for seating. Hut and open seating.

The restaurant offers straightforward, delicious dishes, and the staff is friendly. When I requested hot water, the server boiled it right in front of me and promptly brought it over. Although they didn't have buttermilk available, they kindly whipped up a fresh batch with ginger for me. Overall, a pleasant experience.
