Eagle Springs Pub - Mukwonago

We had a wonderful meal with great food, especially the fish fry and crispy fries. However, it was really loud inside due to the busy Friday evening crowd. Our kids added to the noise, but some soundproofing might help in the relatively small bar area. We're looking forward to when they finish the patio; we'll definitely be back! Thank you!

We used a coupon from West High School football for a buy one, get one free deal. I had visited this restaurant before when it was under different management, and my husband reminded me that I hadn't been a fan back then. However, upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by both the bartender and the waitress, who were incredibly efficient and friendly. We enjoyed a delicious fish fry and drinks. The waitress was the only one on duty that evening due to two others calling in sick, but she handled everything exceptionally well! She was efficient, sweet, and maintained her composure despite the busy atmosphere. The restaurant was full, yet we managed to finish our meal and drinks in under an hour. Overall, we left very pleased, and I'm happy to say we'll definitely be back—thumbs up from us!

The experience was decent. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, but surprisingly, I didn't taste any BBQ sauce—just a regular cheese pizza with chicken on top. We also ordered a pretzel as an appetizer, but it arrived after our meal, so we ended up taking it to go. The waitstaff was friendly, and when I inquired about nightly specials for future visits, they mentioned that aside from the Friday fish fry, there aren't any specials since Sideliners took over, which is odd because Sideliners offers nightly food specials. I might return if I'm in the area near Lulu, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

Abby the bartender is awful, is always on her phone and not at the bar. I frequent this bar weekly. The best bartender is Preslee and Taylor. Best waitress Preslee, and Ellie. Lady bringing food out was busting her rear end. Food is average nothing special, better bar food else where. Ceas hoping this was going to be a better place after new owners. Disappointed.

Waitress was great, as were the drinks. Fish was soggy and greasy. Very disappointing. Will go back one more time to try a burger but won't be heading there on a Friday for fish.
