It never fails. The butchers that take your deer are always unpleasant. I can’t remember the last time I had a friendly encounter with one of the butchers. If you’re a deer hunter, I would recommend you take your deer elsewhere. Also, it’s known that you are not getting your own deer back when you pick up your meat.

I only buy my meat from here from now on. The bologna is gormet! Check the jalapeño beef sticks too amazing!

Best meat around. I will only eat there meat and prices are great. It's always fresh.

Great meat locker with a good selection. I especially like the Garlic German Sausage and the snack meat ends. The hamburger meat is some of the best quality I’ve found. My family has shopped at Stroot’s since I was a kid. The meat can’t be beat. The only recommendation is give is that they could be a little more friendly to customers. Other than that, I have no complaints and have never had anything I didn’t like from here.

Bought a package of steaks out of the cooler. One was about 1/2 inch thick, the other 1 1/2 inches, both were mostly gristle. Didnt see any signs indicating dog food
