Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mundelein

The food was terrible. The rice was undercooked, and the meat lacked any flavor. I wouldn't suggest dining at this location.

I had a truly awful experience at this restaurant! The guacamole was black, the chicken was overcooked, and the rice was excessively salty, causing discomfort in my mouth. The counter was a chaotic mess, and the staff, who appeared to be high school students, showed a complete lack of respect for their work. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location is a disaster! I strongly advise against visiting here and hope they receive a thorough evaluation.

The restaurant was unsatisfactory. The tables weren’t cleaned, and the food appeared dried out. Employees were chatting among themselves while I waited, despite there being no one else in line. Additionally, the parking lot is quite small.

I asked the kid making my bowl what barbacoa is and he said it is sweet and spicy pork and based on that i ordered some. Turns out its not pork, sweet or spicy.Whos training these people? What if i was asking about allergens?

I've had my fair share of chipotle over the years. Third try at this location, the food is always bland and the tables are dirty. Friendly staff.Dietary restrictions: They will make many different combinations for you.
