Best pizza in South America! Seriously, that was the best pizza we had throughout our entire 5-month journey through South America. Actually, twice came here while in Rio Gallegos. You have a really good selection of pizzas and you can order them half/half to try different things. Not super cheap, but totally worth it.

Small restaurant that also takes. The pizza menu is excellent and allows the mix and match of pizzas. The pizzas are the best in South America around a mile, I can especially recommend the rocket: many fresh ingredients and a small piece of balsamico vinegar up!

Excellent quality of raw materials. The dough has everything to be good. A lot of tension in the dough, able to stretch with sobadora or dove. The tape oven leaves the dough with a lot of humidity. It's a pizza that's got it all but it's technically missing. With proper fermentation and a Robesco or Dalma oven, they are the best of Río Gallegos.
