Burger King - Munster

Although the line in the drive thru was long. The staff was very friendly and the food was hot and delicious. Better then the Burger King in Whiting. The sandwiches where nice and hot and the bread was fresh. This will be my Burger King Stop because I know my food will be hot and fresh. Thank you for not letting me down and I can return to dinner in the Burger King.

Today, I visited the BK drive-thru and had a generally positive experience. Most of the time, I’m greeted warmly, and my order is taken efficiently. Today, I asked for the name of the girl working the drive-thru around 8:00, and I learned her name is Ashley. We had a brief conversation about customer service, which is clearly her forte! She took my order enthusiastically and ensured that I didn’t need anything else before finishing. It was a pleasure talking to you, Ashley! Keep shining and providing outstanding customer service—people like you really attract customers! Thank you, Ashley!

I don't usually eat quickly, but I had only had breakfast that day and was really hungry. After my doctor's appointment, I wanted to grab something affordable to eat. Heather, who gave me a ride, was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient with me. Her thoughtful gesture really brightened my day, especially after receiving some not-so-great news from the doctor.

The staff member at the register who handled my payment was a bit rude, and I didn't receive my side dish for the chicken. I had to ask for it, and her attitude became unpleasant. It seemed like she was frustrated with me for asking, as if they never intended to give it to me in the first place. Be cautious when dining here, as it feels like they might cut corners and not deliver everything you're entitled to in order to save a few bucks.
