I had been enjoying my experiences at this restaurant until I found a long hair in my crab rangoon while taking a bite. The hair was tangled up inside the rangoon. When I called to report this, I was asked to take a picture and send it over. I was told there are no women working in the kitchen, even though I've seen cashiers coming from there during our many visits. The only option they offered was for me to bring in the hair along with the rest of the rangoon for an exchange. The customer service was very disappointing; they didn't even consider offering a credit. I will not be returning and will recommend that our family and friends avoid this place as well due to the poor service.

Consistency is vital in today's challenging restaurant landscape. To thrive in the industry, it's essential to deliver high-quality food and excellent service. Don't neglect your customers waiting at the door; they're the ones keeping your business alive. You're already putting up a barrier with safety measures, so avoid creating another one with a negative attitude. If your cooks need to take a break, please encourage them to step away from the building instead of lingering right outside the back door. It doesn't create a pleasant atmosphere for those waiting half an hour for their meals. Wishing you the best of luck!

My go to place for sushi. Firecracker and Godzilla roll are my favs. I’m not into the raw kinds just yet. Food is always fast and fresh. They also deliver and it’s not too much. Make sure you get spicy Mayo ok the side. You can sit in as while. Kids friendly.

*Shellfish Allergy* The food was good, but I specifically informed them about my shellfish allergy, and then I found a shrimp shell in my edamame! It was really alarming, and now I'm hesitant to eat the rest of my meal. I'm extremely disappointed!

This place is one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in Northwest Indiana! I love that it’s authentic family owned. Unfortunately, they don’t have dumplings or steamed pork buns but the potstickers are pretty good. Also, the reason I’m giving them 4/5 stars is because whenever I ask for tapioca in my smoothies they always forget to add it in there but never forget to charge me extra for it.
