Cinco De Mayo Mexican - Murfreesboro

Definitely my favorite restaurant around! I'm going over 30 minutes to eat here. Prices are unbeatable, especially with Sunday margarita pitchers. It doesn't matter to them when we get to the full as pirates or other Renaissance figures. And in addition, they have some of the friendly crew of any restaurant I've ever been!

Updated 11/07 Great experience again. Loves the Burrito Supreme. Ask it with Grilled Chicken and Steak. You will not be disappointed! Always a solid experience. Come every week or two. Almost always the Burrito Supreme with Grilled Chicken Steak. Very recommended! Good beverage specialities also during the week.

The restaurant itself reminded me of the real Mexican restaurants in Mexico and Texas. The food was good, but not everywhere near the spicy levels I'm used to. I think it was changed for the American audience. It was authentic, but not seasoned to my memory. The Tamale was good, although the Masa was a little firmer than I would have wished. The meat was very tender. The Taco was delicious, but I think it was too long on the plate because one side was a little soft so it was a little hard to eat. The Fajitas and the grilled vegetable plate with chicken was excellent. The Burrito tasted good, but would have tasted better with a spicy sauce. I enjoyed the Enchilada and the Chile Relleno. I'm used to filling Chile with cheese, but it was filled with meat. Not sure if this is normal or if it was done because I said all beef for my dishes. All in all, good food. The Srvice was great, and our server seemed to know some of the other guests when they were in conversation. If you enjoy food that is not spicy and look for the authentic Mexican restaurant experience, I recommend this restaurant. Good first visit.

Customer service is not available! I called. My wife stops picking it up comes home .only to find our order is incomplete, but the receipt is dead! I spoke to Oscar Martinez (at least what he said he was the manager if I ask for the number of a Districtman! He always talked about me, I couldn't answer his questions! I'm a new customer who has never eaten there! I told him that first impressions are so important, even though he didn't hear me! I'll never order there again! I only give him a star because he wants me to post without him.

Not bad. Not bad at all. The inside is dated. Could use a fresh coat of paint. The TVs look like they are from 2004. Atmosphere aside, the food was just fine. I dig their chunky salsa. My wife and toddler loved their cheese dip. What makes this place 4 stars instead of 3 was my awesome waiter and the margaritas. Excellent service. The best waiter I've had in a long while. And the margaritas, yuummm.. nice and strong. They do pack a punch. Not like those weak Camino drinks. This place could be a 5 star Mexican restaurant if they just gave the inside some much needed TLC.
