One visit: Cookies Cream and Snickerdoodle were bland—lacking flavor and just sugary. The raspberry cream cheese oatmeal cookie tasted great, however, the entire cookie was practically wet from the fruit jelly 's moisture. I suggest applying a thin layer of the cream cheese over the cookie with an outside ring to set, then squeezing a bit of fruit jam on top rather than swirling them together on the cookie. Although, I 'm not a baker, so what do I know. ┐ '～`; ┌

Sad. So. Sad. My all time fave cookie place in the world but this location has extremely disappointed me with their customer service. They went out of their way to charge me extra because I requested to have the cookies in individual boxes so I could give my sons teachers a first week gift. They could care less. This was not a great first experience at a new location. Which really sucks, I won’t return here. I’ll just go to the location near my job.I don’t suggest coming here. Half of their staff was just standing around talking or staring off into space when I walked in any way. I hate that this location is so close to my new house.

I have always loved crumbl but i ordered a box on Friday July 28th and it was a mess. I have contacted @doordash and crumbl and no one has gotten back with me. I order a lot but will not again until i hear something

Why do I have to download an app just to view a menu? Why do I have to sign-in to the app (including a confirmation code sent to my phone) just to view a menu?! You have a website, and yet you force people to an app to view something that could easily be on the website? THIS IS THE WORST POINT-OF-SALE IDEA I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Always delicious cookies made with consistency every time. Ordering through the app is quick and easy. I love all the changing flavors each week!
