Mexiven offers the finest Mexican cuisine in town, and the owners are truly wonderful. I absolutely adore their lengua tacos!

The Chimichanga Plate was well-seasoned and definitely worth the price. I appreciated that the rice and beans were thoughtfully prepared rather than just being a side note; I would order this dish again based solely on that. However, it did need some kind of salsa or pico de gallo to add acidity and balance the flavors. The two cups of red sauce were simply liquid heat without any bright flavors. I rated it three stars because the menu mentioned it was topped with cheese, which I requested to be removed, and they obliged. However, there was still a significant amount of cheese inside the dish that was not mentioned in the description. It would be great if the restaurant could provide clear information about what is included in the dish so that customers don’t get surprised, as not everyone wants cheese on top of cheese in everything.

Absolutely delicious! The best Nachos Fiesta I've ever had! I really didn't want to order takeout on Christmas, but I'm so grateful and appreciative for it!
