Toots West - Murfreesboro

Wings were pretty good, but appetizers reminded me of something frozen and reheated. Honestly could have been better made at home. Good drinks, friendly atmosphere.

After our order was cancelled 3 times from Uber Eats, Morgan and the manager on duty (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name) were so helpful. We were waiting 2 hours for our food to be delivered and they let us pick it up ourselves making sure it was all hot and fresh for us! We need more helpful considerate people like them. We cannot thank you enough for the inconvenience it may of caused!

Purchased the buffalo chicken salad to go. NO BUFFALO SAUCE!! a lot of lettuce and tomato that’s it and blue cheese dressing didn’t even taste like blue cheese dressing. and a few small pieces of grilled chickenHusband purchased a cheeseburger and it was overcooked. It was like getting one from Burger King or McDonald’s it was disgusting. They never even asked him how he wanted it cooked. Don’t know if it’s the cooks or the people taking the order. If you order from here, make sure you check it before you leave.

Decided to have a nice meal out over Labor Day weekend. I've been to this particular Toots before and always been happy with food and service, this visit was no different. Both the food and service were awesome!

The worst experience in my 25 years of eating at Toots. The place was nasty, the water and ice had a pungent odor and the staff was rude. The new menu and prices is also a negative change. It was a huge disappointment.
