Really liked the hotel and meals on offer. I would recommend getting all inclusive. We went with half board for the first 2 days and had to pay for drinks even at meal times so we upgraded. Staff are mostly friendly. There were not self service drinks at lunch and dinner so it was quite hard to get staffs attention to get a drink. A simple ' can i get you anything ' while collecting your plates would go a long way. . Staff at the bar were inappropriate at times, one waiter wanted a bribe for drinks before we went all inclusive. After we went all inclusive we were pretty much ignored. We ordered drinks on a few occasions and they would never come. The reception staff were very informative. However, a simple good morning or smile would go a long way. The lady who worked in the supermarket looked like she wanted to kill you. Never smiled, talked, just looked like she didn 't want to be there. The entertainment was great. Fabian, Sophia and Anna were amazing with the kids staying at the hotel. They were friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. They provided a great atmosphere.

Nos a encantado! Pero las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias, falta eficiencia de limpieza! Pero por lo demás todo muy bien
