Pizza Hut - Murray

On 3 seperate occasions we have had our pick up order cancelled with no contact letting us know. This time they said they run out of everything, which from looking at the line was pretty well stocked. The time previously they closed early with no postingof call letting us know that they would be closed before our order was done... Just choose a different location if you wantpizza hut, these guys are clowns

Took over an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered after waiting an hour for them to even bake them. It would?ve been faster to make a homemade pizza from scratch. Wouldn?t suggest ordering from this location. The pizza itself was bland andflavorless as well and definitely not worth it.

I placed my order at 8:30 PM and never received my food. The next day, I tried calling them from opening time until 1 PM but couldn't reach anyone; my calls kept getting picked up and then abruptly hung up. Frustrated, I decided to go to the restaurant in person, only to find the manager sitting down and ignoring all the phone calls. They mentioned that they can close whenever they want after 8 PM, even though their posted hours say 10 PM. I will never return to this place. It was an awful experience, and the inside was filthy when I arrived.

I ordered online and received a message that my delivery would be through DoorDash. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have placed the order. I’ve had terrible experiences with DoorDash. The driver called to confirm my address but ended up delivering my food to the wrong house, and then asked me for a five-star rating! When I contacted Pizza Hut to complain, they just told me it wasn't their problem and that I needed to reach out to DoorDash. I informed them that I didn't hire DoorDash; they did, but they were unconcerned. I will not be ordering from here again—abysmal service.

I’ve been cautious about pizza chains lately, but I decided to give the new melt a try. Ordering around lunchtime definitely worked in my favor, as the melts were fantastic! The crust was crispy, although the meat lovers option was a bit greasy. I would definitely rate it a 10/10 and order again! I ate them too quickly to take any pictures—sorry about that!
