I then said, there is no reason to yell at us, he cried again, "get out". I said I had no idea that I was in a limited range. but in this stage he had frightened our 10 months old in my poor and my wife and my older mother and so we went. we did not see any signs that said not to enter and obviously did not intentionally walk in to cause problems. the aggressive gelling at the interstate guests wearing a baby is certainly not appropriate or a part of the professional customer service. especially if they did nothing intentionally wrong. we have never been abused in a hotel or somewhere before, and actually only in 18 plus area. make sure it is completely open and children can see it anyway as where we stood next to the door, and a step forward, everything seems to be in order! my hotel-interstate has similar setup and we can walk directly to the pokies with children. I thought that was the same as the pokies stood behind me and this doorway led to another area. absolutely ridiculous and disgusting behavior of the personal. we were treated like dogs. if these are to be done to visitors before other customers, do they imagine what they do when no customers look at? we have spoken to others who go to the hotel and say, children often wander into the playroom than their parents gamble. the personal should call them, but let the parents still play. after everything that this hotel has rebuilt 5 million dollars and advise where this money came from? please, if they care about children and the living of people who lost so much their money to play in these pokies hotels, do not go this hotel!
Arrived late on Friday night and could be squeezed at 8 o'clock. the filet mignon was cooked excellently on request. on Sunday in the house had breakfast and also an breakfast buffet and a good value....The service was a little hit and had to wait for a fair time, both the paints were sitting in front of the sitting and the ordering of drinks. the employees were there, they seemed only insecure to approach a customer.
With my daughter to the breakfast. eating was fantastic and the waitress (charlotte) was super friendly, efficient and helpful. she greeted us with a smile, offered recommendations and was absolutely delightful.
Good and versatile menu; eating well, service excellent and cheap. would certainly return and it was obviously popular with others.
We had 30 patrons for lunch today kids meals served promptly 1 hour 30 minutes later some people complained to staff that meals had not arrived. Some 15 minutes later a wait of 1 hour 45 mins I complained to staff member Nanette and explained...that it was explainable that a schnitzel take that long. Nanette professionally and politely diffused the anger from patrons meals eventually arrived. If not for the professional handling of Nanette this review would have been more scathing. All in all despite her attempts the day was spoiled by lac, of staff excessive delays and beer runouts
