Danny’s Authentic Ny Pizza

I heard a lot about Danny's from lots of people so I had to try it for myself. A bit of a drive from Myrtle Beach to Murrell's Inlet but a good pie can be worth the trip. I'm a big fan of NY style pizza and I have had some of the best NY pizzas in all 5 boros and Long Island. Danny's pizza is just as delicious. Nice thin, crispy, foldable crust. Light on the tomato sauce. Just enough cheese and hot enough to slosh around a bit. A couple or three air bubbles in the crust is also a plus. I'm instantly a fan and I will be back over and over again. Keep tossing that dough for me.

New York style pizza has a thin crust, fresh cheese and when you visit the restaurant a guy with a thick accent, who seemingly will fight everyone and be your best friend!Danny’s does NOT let you down. We ordered on the phone but when I opened the door to pick up I wished we had come there first.This place is incredible the staff are so authentic and fun! They make more than pizza, there’s Stromboli, Calzones everything that makes your mouth water and your belly full.Being on vacation I only wish we stayed longer to get more!

We tried this pizza place during our exploration of pizza restaurants in the Huntington Beach area. We thought it was pretty good. We ordered a thin crust and it came with ample sauce on it. Pepperoni was slightly spicy. Downside was the crust was pretty tough and not brushed or topped with any thing (butter or seasonings etc. so we didn’t eat any of the edges (super hard, dry and flavorless) and threw them all out. It was busy while we were there.
