Wendy's - MURRELLS INLET

The service was sluggish since only one checkout was operational. The cashier was also assisting other customers with food preparation and gathering supplies, in addition to fulfilling his responsibilities as a cashier and buyer.

My girlfriend and I stopped by Wendy's after work. I ordered a #5 meal, and she got fries with honey mustard. When we got home and checked the bag, we realized that her fries were missing. To make matters worse, they included ketchup even though we didn’t ask for it. Customers shouldn’t have to check the bag before leaving to ensure that everything they ordered is included!

I ordered my usual, the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe, and as always, it was fantastic!

2 children's dishes, both with ketchup as sauce. Also ordered the Avocado chicken salad. When we came to the window, we asked for additional ketchup (in addition to the ketchup that was already asked). I have our bags, no ketchup at all, no straws and no spoon for the frost we had ordered. Salad had plastic in it and lettuce was brown and devastated.

Went through the pick up window, ordered 2 of our meals medium and one small. When we got home and pulled out our fries they all had the same amount of fries in them but in their right sized boxes... what's the point of ordering mediums if you're just going to give me a small's worth of fries.. On top of that all of our food was cold, we live less than two miles from this location...
