Carl's Jr. - Murrieta

I tried this Carl Jr. 's located on California Oaks Rd. Murrieta. On the Carl 's Jr. App you can get a free Western bacon cheeseburger with any purchase. I went inside to pick up the order, and no one at the front counter to help me. I saw 3 workers in the kitchen and 1 at the drive-thru. I waited for about 5 to 8 minutes before I was helped. There was no apology, just my food given and soda. It seemed like the drive-thru was their priority. I overall give this place 3 stars. The burger tasted good ?.

I've tried this place 3 times. Each time, the good has been extremely subpar.

One of the burgers was supposed to have lettuce and tomato. 3 pieces of shredded lettuce and the tomato was hard to find. It also looked like it had been microwaved multiple times

Drove thru, paid for burger and jalapeño poppers. Got home, no poppers.

In the thru running gear. faster and friendly service.
