Subway - Muscle Shoals

The restaurant is conveniently located in a shopping center off Highway 72 East. It is very clean and offers large sandwiches and flatbreads. I have been visiting for the past twenty years and highly recommend it.

My coworker husband went to place our order due to they would not answer the phone so that we could place the order . He had his wife on speaker phone and she told him what to put on the sandwich word for word and nothing was on the sandwich besides the turkey and banana pepper and the soggy wrap bread so I called back to tell them that they made the sandwich wrong when I’m sitting here listen to his wife tell them what was supposed to be on there instead of just them replace them right sandwich they want to go back and forth about that’s what he said when it wasn’t and the manager did the same trying to justify that’s what he said when it was not !! Very unprofessional Never again along with the sandwich just thrown together!!!

Best Subway in in the Shoals ,consistent and clean.
