Írjon visszajelzéstTook the grands to the fire barn on monday 7/18. Susan was our guide. What a blessing! She had all 3 kids engaged and interested the whole.time..not an easy job! They talked about the fire barn over dinner and the campfire that night. They learned more than I thought they did!!
Tried to tour this place but the greeter wouldn't let us in. He said we had to go to the other location first to buy tickets then come back. They should sell tickets at the door. Very disappointing.
I love going in the Fire Barn and checking how things were in the fire department. It is set up so that the public can walk through them and see how the firedepts were set up earlier and an upper floor that represents the place of residence for firefighters. It even has a public toilet room. Very cool place to visit if you happen to be in Downtown Muskegon.
Fun and free Fire Museum! The kids had a good time, although there's not a lot for them to do. It’s a great spot for a quick visit and to learn a bit about fire history.
The restaurant has a fantastic history related to local firefighting and offers activities for children.
