Mcdonald's - Muskegon

I visited McDonald's and had one of the worst service experiences I've ever encountered. If there were a way to give a 0-star review, this would be the place. We waited 20 minutes just to receive two orders of fries and a large Diet Coke. The clock started ticking when they asked us to pull forward, and after ten more minutes, we were still waiting. When our fries finally arrived, they were stone cold and extremely salty—completely inedible. I will never return to this location, especially if you're looking for fries.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Donna for providing McDonald's burger wrappers, which we used to make hamburger cookies (they're meatless, made solely with various cookie wafers) for our party with many children. My kids and their friends have always loved these treats in the past, and I'm certain they'll enjoy them again tomorrow. The wrappers really make a difference; they make the cookies look authentic, and everyone gets a kick out of them. Once again, thank you, Donna and Mickyd!

The restaurant has a policy that prohibits customers without a vehicle from ordering food with cash. When they try to visit on foot or by bike, the building has been closed for the past 2-3 years, as far as I can recall. Even if they want to take advantage of free offers on the app, they cannot access the deal unless they have a car. Additionally, when attempting to place a pick-up order, it seems that using a card on their phone doesn't work either. Why is it so difficult for them?

Slow service, but they serve fresh food and the burgers look just as good as they taste. they take their time and its worth of waiting .ur witness will not be flattened together and made from the bungalow, but fresh and with carefree!!!!

Guy was professional and polite when he took our order and money. He was friendly and welcoming. Nicholas was pleasant and friendly. He wiped down our pop cups before he handed them to us. He was very professional and listened when we explained that we left the Sherman East store without buying anything. The help there was rude and never come to take our order. They took other customers order even though we were first in line. Very rude and didn't help us. Driving to the North Muskegon store was well worth our time. It was a pleasure doing business with this McDonald's store. Excellent service and people.
