Starbucks - Mustang

I love this Starbucks, they’re always so timely, professional, and polite. My drinks are always perfect, every time!

Susan is AMAZING and just so special. She makes me smile every time I see her! The staff is so friendly. This is one of my favorite locations!

Sadly the nearest location I got. Order online said 5-8 minutes I drove from my house which it’s like 10 minutes then 2 cars only on drive thru. So I decided to went inside no one absolutely no one inside 3 girls working not even 1 said hello” welcome” whatever 0 friendly stand there like a ghost til one said “ mobile order” I said Yes guess what Not even started my drink she did the one on The window first ok whatever waited and waited. Awful fr service. They got the nerve to ask “ tip for the barista? lol 1- coffee already expensive 2. 0 friendliness 3-waiting for 1 coffee while I order 20 minutes ago?? No thank u U guys don’t deserve my simple “thanks” Starbucks Please show ur employees customer service course! Or something ??‍ smh

Worst Starbucks in the metro. Quality control is nonexistent. Have given them chance time after time but they can never get anything right. And it’s nothing complicated, simply a light pour of cream. Tired of ordering $7 cups of cream

They don't make drinks well... I recommend not stopping by here ??
