Starbucks Coffee - Mustang

Awesome staff... cheerful all the time. Gast and accurate service is standard

My Carmel frappe was perfect, as always. A friend and I walked in to order, even though it wasn't busy, because we wanted to sit and visit. We were initially ignored by the 3 people behind the counter but one eventually told us someone would be with us in a minute. There were only 3 cars in line when we parked. Several parked and came in to grab pre- orders. After 3-4 minutes our orders were taken but the cashier was not what I would call welcoming, apologetic, or friendly. We felt so unwelcome we decided to leave.

Edit: I actually talked to Skyler and he was fine with this review so I won 't be contacting you This is the most disrespectful place I 've been. My 8 year old daughter goes in this morning with me for cake pops and a vanilla bean drink no coffee even involved 30 min later I ask what 's the hold up and they straight up forgot her easy order. Then I ask to talk to the manager who helped her and took her order and a guy named Skyler who is also a manager wouldn 't let me he didn 't offer anything a refund nothing he just says we 're behind. Yet when I asked someone about her order they didn 't even start it they lost it in their computer system. So if you so happen to like Starbucks go to the one in Yukon or it looks like they 're building a new one on Mustang Rd. Or even better go to Wild Hero Coffee! I would never recommend this store and I will never be back!

I ordered 4 drinks online, they had them ready in a drink tray really quickly. Friendly good service.

Go here about 3 to 4 times a week. Good coffe. Love the app and stars to free stuff. Always nice employees.
