Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Food was above par for fast food, did have to pull over to wait on order. I gave it a 4 on Atmosphere because of location, not the easiest to get in and out of. Would recommendParking: A little difficult to get out of, only option is to turn right unless you go back through the parking lot behind the store. Don't let that defer you from stopping. Food is worth it.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru today for an order that I put in online. Completely unacceptable.

Big disappointment. Fries under cooked and the chicken tastes like it was deep fried in old grease. I’ll stick with canes.

Chicken strips are a guilty pleasure of mine... I love me a good chicken strip! I'm not sure why I've never tried Zaxby's prior to now, but I'm glad I did. I went through the drive-thru, which was prompt and polite and dare I say comparable to the service at another very well known chicken establishment. I can't speak for inside the restaurant, but I didn't wait long for my food. The chicken and fries were both too hot to eat straight away and that seems to not be the norm anymore! I was pleased by this. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stop by again when in the area!!
