Hilton Mystic

We stay for 2 nights in the hotel, on the 23rd juli, this is our jubiläum pais $400 I am a handicap asked for an accessible room. when we arrived, we were told that there were no disabled rooms, so I asked for a room near the elevator. the unpleasant recipeist said there was no room. we have rooms 240, which is at the end of this great hotel. in addition, we were shocked with the room size. the bathroom was so small that we sat on the toilet that we couldn't close the door! we have asked for a room with larger bathroom that all rooms have the same bathroom that is not true. I am a Hilton member, but received a very bad treatment this from a hotel that calculates $400 per night! we will not use this hotel, we will not be able to regain it.

Newly renovated and very comfortable place to stay. First rate service at the desk and good breakfast menu and staff. Upscale and well located across from the aquarium. Easy drive to the seaport area where there is ample parking so don’f be afraid to drive there. Nice outdoor seating.

We paid the full price (about $375 a day) for the room during the holiday weekend just to find out when we arrived that there is no room cleaning service for 3 days. You have to empty your own trash and bring out wet towels and damp them on the floor in the hallway. Than you need to go to the receptionist to pick up fresh towels and new empty bag for the trash basket. By the end of the day the hallway looked like a trash pit with towels and garbage near every room. The hotel and rooms are very run down, the only positive is the location (not far from Mystic Aquarium). We will never return to this hotel

Lobby of hotel is beautiful and inviting, I wish the rooms also reflected the same. We had a room on the lobby level facing the parking lot where early morning construction started. Room was average, a weird stain on comforter. Otherwise location is good, near the aquarium.

Room was cold and fan wouldn’t turn off. Temp got adjusted fan was load and ran entire time. There were several types of insects living in the bathroom and someone else’s used washcloth left behind. Hot tub was gross and only place to bath. Bed was comfortable.
