Ocean's Edge Event Center

Magnificent sea view and very picturesque for a high-time ceremony and recipe and good food. the high-time coordinator is also part of the banquet staff, so $800 is too much for this service, otherwise price is fair. there was no coordination between dj and brautparty processional with regard to timing and music. they also forgot the coffee and tee service. we discussed a toast and I accepted champagne, but it was not understood/ although they did not charge me for it, so I take some responsibility. Email the owner and manager without answer to the missing coffee and tea service and bad wedding coordinator service without answer!

Our group ordered the shrimp and grits, California burger, one seafood platter with flounder and oyster and the second with flounder and shrimp. Thankfully the flounder and shrimp comes broiled or fried but the oysters only come fried. You can?t mix the two ways of preparation. So any oyster combination must be fried. The place was quite busy. It was going to be a 45 min wait so we went to the bar. It seemed that it still took that long to get our food. The wait staff did their best to get to each table. Our waitress noticed that only 3 of our dinners had been served and asked if the 4th dinner had been mentioned as if were it not already promised to arrive soon, she was going into the kitchen to raise hell. The food was perfectly cooked and with lots of butter taste. I thought, based on the size of the menu, they had a good variety, even a vegan burger.

I have no complaints. First off the restaurant is on the 7th floor of the 2nd building. The sign also says it. Second the menu is a small selection of hard to find food. I had the Alaskan fish, which was good. There are some tasty mixed drinks, but they're weak. The view is pretty cool on all sides. The inside is pretty if you don't look at the ceiling. Staff is nice. Price goes off of food and not portion, so it may be expensive. I'd recommend.

Great food with decent prices. The staff was nice and helpful. The firecracker shrimp was AWESOME! They had the perfect amount of spice! The fried pickles and peel and eat shrimp were both very good as well! I would order all again. The roasted red potatoes were a bit dry. Overall a great experience with beautiful views. All tables are positioned against the windows to ensure everyone can see the ocean view.

Everything about this venue was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us! They make having a beach wedding as stress free as the location itself. Amanda is such an amazing coordinator and answered all of my questions along the way without making me feel like I was a bother or that I should have known the answer already. I knew my day would go perfectly because I had her there to keep things on schedule and make sure everything looks as beautiful as I envisioned it. Everything about my day went perfectly and I know that Amanda had a huge hand in that. This truly was the best day ever, and I?m so grateful we decided to go with Oceans Edge as our venue. If you want a beach wedding, this is definitely the best way to have one and know that you?re getting the best possible outcome!
