They don't change gloves or sanitize their knives or boards between gluten and gluten-free orders. I had a sandwich made today with gluten-free bread, and they kept the same gloves on, using the same cutting board and knives. To make matters worse, my sandwich was even placed in the oven alongside a regular gluten sandwich. There’s a sign in the deli that clearly states this is their policy. As for desserts, the only options available are pre-packaged gluten-free chocolate bars.
