In general, the staff work very uninterested and not particularly working, preferably in the morning/night there is not very much time in the people who have to wait very long for the food even though you might be the only thing there! The food, however, tastes super good and you get it to pay better than McDonald's and will guess on a little healthier overall, it draws slowly to the experience of it ors excellent place

The food came almost 20 min after order despite it was a chicken salad, i.e. carved salad where there was just a piece of chicken. The server that a staff who murmured so low no one at the table could hear what was said. The food was as okay but chooses enough somewhere else in the future.

The food arrived almost 20 minutes after ordering, despite the fact that it was a chicken salad, i.e. pre-cut salad where you just had to fry another piece of chicken. Served to a staff who mumbled so low no one at the table could hear what was being said. The food was okay as such, but will probably choose another restaurant in the future.

Visited Carls jr. Næstved for the first time today and rarely have I received such good service as we received today. We thought we should try the Chili Cheese fries. We have previously had such in other places (a chilli-cheese sauce over) so the surprise was great when they came to the table with meat sauce and cheese. I was honestly so surprised that I had to say something out loud to the effect of whoa, that's not what I would associate with Chilli Cheese fritters. We laughed a bit about it at the table and could only conclude that we should perhaps have read the signs properly because my daughter quickly established that it actually said meat. A few minutes after we had been served, another young man came over and asked if it was us who didn't realize there was meat in the dish and yes it was.... he simply offered to make some new fries only with cheese or plain fritters. We politely agreed and asked if we didn't have to pay, but no, we didn't have to. It was simply amazing service and far beyond what anyone could expect. After all, the mistake was our own.
