Nihonmatsu - Nagano

Sweet restaurant, the staff was nice and offered us some sides. The Soba were really good and the menu is also in English.

I visited this restaurant following a recommendation from Dot Hostel. I can confirm it is an excellent, family run establishment. They serve the best, fresh soba. The Teba gyoza side dish was also delicious and highly recommended. The restaurant itself has a traditional and authentic Japanese feel to it.

Very nice soba noodles restaurant. They have an English menu and they speak a bit English as well . We ordered a few dish and of course some soba noodles with mushrooms. All tasted very nice . We had a good time. Got even some extra vegetables for free.... tasted excellent. If you want to try soba noodles... that is the place to go.

Amazing basashi and soba, the staff is very friendly. they gave us a free vegetable side dish and even free chiffel as a gift.

Very friendly staff, English menu and delicious soba! I have the hot soba with mushroom and they threw in plastered vegetables, tee and a happy 5 yen coin. smoking is allowed inside, and it is more of a izakaya than a family restaurant.
