Uptown Grill is a beautiful chill out spot. You have happy hours from 4 am to 10 pm. Every Tuesday you can enjoy live performances by Ricky na Marafiki Band from 19:00. Special offers for Warsteiner Premium German beer.

They have good cocktails and their food is consistent. Reggae night on Thursday is a favourite. Also has gas warmers for those opting to sit outside. They have a section that one can reserve as well for a private function that's within the pub but secluded. Drinks by the bottle are slightly pricey.

Good hangout place. Not preferred by many. Limited parking slots and the basement parking is also very steep and could hurt your car. Otherwise in the same building there is a nice Swahili restaurant..Mataam Restaurant, which is popularly known for Swahili food. There is also House of leather shop,

Uptown Grill serves good food. Steak, chicken wings...rice curry.. their Whiskey and Scotch are reasonably priced if buying by the bottle. The bar upstairs has a good ambience and the music is good enough and not too loud so you can have a good conversation here.

Was there for the new years. It's nice if it doesn't get too packed otherwise ventilation is a challenge. DJ mix was a bit wanting but the waitresses were such a joy
