Very comfortable bed and pillows. You are greeted every time you are in the hotel and the staff is very helpful. Souvenirs available in lobby and a beautiful array of Japanese cakes which are extremely tasty! Centrally located by Kanayama station. We could not have stayed at a better hotel!

It’s a nice hotel, conveniently local next to Kanayama train station. The property is not new so the rooms, but the service is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend for those guests who have travels needs.

A hotel with a very cozy room layout and is located next to the Kanayama train station. The room has a generous amount of USB charging ports, so I didn’t have to use my travel adapters much at all. Food at the breakfast has a good mix between Western and Japanese selections. There is also a “pillow menu” for you to choose the preferred firmness of your pillow. My only complaint is the sound insulation of the room’s windows. If you prefer not to have the noise of the trains, make sure you request the rooms facing away from the train station.

Building is old but hotel is so clean and service is really nice, there are English speakers so easy to stay. Can enjoy Japanese hospitality too. The French restaurant at 30th floor is also recommended. View are so nice. Like it.

Great hotel with very good customer service. There was no issue in communicating with staff. Also this hotel is right above Kanayama station. So it is very convenient to commute.
