A truly extraordinary gem that is located on a quiet road in namur. les sens du Goût is a perfect reminder that they do not have to go to a michelin restaurant to eat gourmet food. the menu serves traditional local aromes with exotic twists that were innovativ and inspiring. chef vivien jambon mimicks effortlessly in aromen from all over the world in classic Belgian ingredients. boar wellington, curcuma butter, and chocolate deserted by beetroot and fennel animated all were highlights of the meal. while the escaped and the main were delicious, the smells en bouches and gloomy ended as the stagouts of the evening. Although the weeping left a little to wish, the whole experience was worth visiting. located in a modern and elegant room, this restaurant is not to be missed when they try to taste what the hidden culinary prowess of Belgium has to offer.
