Without a doubt one of the best tables in Nantes, if not the best. A warm place and service to the cool, and in the plate it's a surprise of every moment. The dishes are gourmet and creative, always well balanced. Without a lack of dessert entry, never was disappointed. And a beautiful wine map and a cocktail of the moment always inspired.

A great culinary experience. Relaxed welcome, but we feel the pros on the composition of the dishes. As for the wine, a good knowledge of the wine chords that allows to sublimate the contents of the plate. Bravo to the whole team!

Great experience! From the entrance to the dessert, to the wine, everything was excellent! Like the service to small onions: each dish is explained to us, to understand the subtleties of their design. The tasting is only better!
