Shake Shack - Nanuet

During our three-hour trip, we needed to grab a bite to eat. The food here was fresh, hot, and exactly as we ordered. The staff was attentive and seemed to work really hard. Thank you for taking care of us tonight!

However, the prices are a bit outrageous, totaling around $40 for the meal. While the burgers themselves are reasonably priced, paying $4 for a small order of fries or a large soft drink without refills feels excessive. You could get a much larger and better-quality portion of fries elsewhere for just $5. In today's burger scene, there are many options available that either focus on quality or value to compete in the market. I'm not convinced the quality here is significantly better than a typical diner burger, but it is definitely a step up from McDonald's. I believe they should consider hand-cutting their fries and offering value meal options. Overall, there's nothing particularly special about this place, and it doesn't quite compare to Fuddruckers.

The last time I was there, I ordered a burger with pommes. very simple. I ordered it on the app because it seems as if they do it so, it is faster than the order in the cash. I waited in my car for 10 minutes and went in to get my food. the girl that was there gave me my food when I came in and called my name. my mistake was not to open the box to see if both were inside as they were stuck. I guess I didn't want the air to hit her so that it can stay hot because I hate cold food. I came home, sat down and opened the box to consume my food. I had a cheeseburger, but no pommes! it was a Sunday night and they closed at 9, but it was at 8:15. I called her fast and complained that they didn't grab my pommes and that I had ordered pommes. they said I should come back... but now my burger is getting cold. I won't eat it without pommes. I need to order this. I literally drove there as I live like 10 minutes away to get there before I close. I told the girl, I need my whole order, and she had the most beautiful attitude! I don't care! I paid for things and you or anyone else didn't pack it! I need to reorder my order so I can enjoy my lunch for which I paid money for which I work hard! When she handed out my finished order, she gave it to me with a posture! Of course, that was my last time I gave them a cent! I never stepped in there again and I am proud that this incident happened in april 2021 and I was not back. not to mention this restaurant smells like a nursing home! I prefer shake on rt 17..much better experience and tasty fresh food. oh and no care home odours.

This was the worst Shake Shack I've ever visited. The burger was overly greasy and burnt, and the bun was soggy. The place seemed unclean as well. The cheese on the fries was congealed and not hot, and there was so much of it that it made the fries impossible to pick up. Ultimately, most of the food ended up being thrown away.

I love Shake Shack's double burgers. The meat are well done and the standard pairing of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and shack sauce are great. Definitely like the place and its service Will come here more often :
