Worse crew ever. Talking in the drive thru not in a nice way and nervous. Not trying to listen to your order

Super fast drive-through today hot coffee...couldn't ask for more!

The crew was disappointing. The conversation in the car felt uneasy and awkward, and they didn't seem to pay attention to the order.

The espresso machine is always broken. I have to wait in line just to place my order, only to find out that they can't serve espresso. There's no point in offering it if the machine is never functioning! I won't be returning to this Dunkin' again. This is strike three for me.
