Old Town Pour House - Naperville

Service was below average, as some mistakes were made, the breakfast tacos that we asked without green ioners and tomaten came with him and had to be sent back we asked to replace the chorizo in huevo rancheros with black bran for it avacado. we were served with avacado and charged for it. we were not told about the additional cost of ordering! asked about coffee and I noticed that the afterfill was regular coffee (deficient details to service) the above mentioned have put this place on our list the place for brunch safe.

Good options in the menu. too many beer choices, but the colsch was excellent.

Everything was good in terms of service and ambiente. Eating was okay, but expensive for bar food.

We eat here all the time and this was the first time service was horrible. If it had been our first time not sure we would go back. Got sat right away and nobody came by our table for 15 min. Had to ask a different server to send someone over. Then placed order with soup and salad that didn’t come until the entree. Server never came by during that time to even check on us.

Generally speaking, the whole experience here was fine… Food was decent. Service was pretty good… But the music was so loud we couldn’t even speak to one another. I understand that it’s a pub style establishment, but this was excessive.
