Panera Bread - Naperville

What happened to this place? Out of four kiosks, only one was operational. There was a line for that kiosk after I placed my order, as well as for the regular counter. After ordering, I couldn’t find the cups next to the kiosk. The sign said to ask at the counter, but they didn’t give me a cup. Someone told me to wait in line for the cup instead. They checked my name and finally handed me one. What’s the point of the kiosk if you end up waiting in two lines? I was a long-time customer and had been there once before. Additionally, I found my wife's salad to be overly salty. After they prepared another one, it was missing the meat. When I brought this to management’s attention, I was shocked by the lack of responsiveness. I've never experienced anything like this before.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. If you go there around 8 PM, be prepared for a lot of luck. The staff was extremely unhelpful, and my children weren't allowed to board. One of the workers even yelled! I've never had such an experience at any restaurant before. I will never return to Panera Bread, and I plan to share my experience with everyone I know. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would!

The bread was not fresh, the hummus was disappointing, and the lemonade tasted off. Additionally, the customer service was poor, and there was no offer to exchange any items on the menu.

I order the broccoli chedder suppe and her bbq chicken. sometimes I get the corn chowder or 10 vegetables (if available)

Great place to study or enjoy your day, but the neighborhood kids are just to loud. I recommend bringing headphones
