Sarpino's Pizzeria Naperville

I just ordered a pizza and online prices do not match the price in the store, I have specifically ordered a small pizza because it was 15.99 obviously plus tax, but they have calculated me 21 dollars for it! I took it because I work and I'm not where close to home, but the middle pizza online is 18 something, definitely change prices.

Got the bacon cheeseburger pizza with extra sauce and it was phenomenal! I?ve worked at pizza places myself and i have to say this was made perfectly, every bite had the flavors it?s supposed to. Will definitely order again soon.

This is the second time I ordered the Tikka Masala pizza. The first I thought may be it was an error when I got the delivery which didn?t look like Tikka Masala which I ordered for. I ordered today again but it seems same delivery again and this time with no banana pepper as well. Me and my wife decided that no kore Sarpino?s from today?

Ordered twice from here. First time was amazing. We were very happy. 2nd time they messed up my order. We asked for extra Bleu cheese and got marinara instead. Called to get it fixed, they said we will send you your cheese but you have to wait 30 to 45 min or come back tomorrow for a $5 credit. What?! My pizza is going to be cold and what is $5 gonna do. I wanted the sauce for my pizza. That's what I was looking forward to. Finally I had to ask for a manager and he gave us a cheesy bread with the Bleu cheese but something was wrong with the Bleu cheese. I don't know if they messed with it or what but we all got sick the next morning. I'm very unhappy with this place. Perhaps the first time was just a fluke... 2.6.20 Lost another star. They say there is no minimum order but apparently there is. They mess up my orders everytime and the driver had the galls to demand a tip? The employees of this location is a joke. 11.23.21 Am I getting punked? Either that or people from this store is straight lazy. I can see the effort but this isn't marinara sauce. This is hot sauce...

I just keep on coming back to try all the new vegan options. This time I tried the calzones and beyond chicken tenders. Both were delicious. A year ago I never went to Sarpinos and now I 'm a regular customer because of all the amazing, clearly labeled vegan options. Thank you for adding them, keep 'em coming!
