Domino's Pizza - Naples

I was asked by a friendly staff member, whom I usually tip well, to leave a review. Honestly, I'm not sure what he expected to hear, because the rest of the team was quite underwhelming. To be frank, the experience was disappointing. While I won't say it was the worst I've ever encountered, it definitely wasn't pleasant. I felt like they treated me as if I was beneath them. I don't consider myself superior to anyone, but being treated poorly for just asking a simple question is ridiculous. Regardless of how their day was going, I always try to remain calm and respectful. When they tried to mess with me, I just let it slide, but I can honestly say that my last visit will be my final one. A pizza isn't worth the stress or the negative treatment I received. It’s simply not worth it. So there you have it, that’s my review for the guy who asked me to write one.

I ordered takeout, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and truly made my day, especially seeing others enjoy it as well. It was hot and ready upon arrival, even though I was feeling quite hungry! I highly recommend this restaurant and their service. I would definitely order again.

I was charged twice on my debit card. When I called the restaurant, they didn’t have my order. I ended up paying over $60 and received no pizza. The manager was busy in his office and couldn't assist me. This experience was very disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I usually don?t have any problems with this store. Still, today I went at 10: 35 and the staff told me they couldn?t take my order because it was to early and to do it online, but the app won?t let me order until 11:45. I was very disappointed about thecustomer service Of this location.
