Dusk At The Ritz-carlton, Naples

I am usually a big fan of Dusk. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and a friends of ours dropped off a gift certificate for our anniversary that was supposed to be given to us while we were there. We were never given it and wouldn't have known unless our friend had mentioned it. Our friend had to call Dusk and supposedly it was credited to my credit card (I have yet to check) BUT the moment was lost on a lovely surprise. No apologies from Dusk.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, however they don’t take any of their guests food allergies into account. Huge miss on their part as I will not be returning since most my party couldn’t eat.

Extremely good sushi, staff service was wonderful. Probably the best valet service in Naples with Dave and the team. I guess the only negative is probably hotel/resort pricing is a little out there, however who isn 't expecting that at a Ritz Carlton.

One of our favorite date night spots. Intimate, classy, and food is always enjoyable. Try the chocolate cake!

Sushi was very good and fresh. Not a huge selection but we tried almost every roll on the menu and they were all fantastic. Service was wonderful. Exactly what you would expect from a high end restaurant in the Ritz Hotel. The seating was interesting. Almost like being in a private section of a night club. Very elegant and classy. Not the most comfortable way to eat but this was a minor inconvenience. Overall a very good experience.
