Turco Taco - Naples

I made a quick trip to Naples and, of course, we had to grab a bite—who doesn't love tacos? The restaurant has a charming ambiance and the staff is fantastic, but the food was just average. I was puzzled by the choice of shaved steak for their steak tacos and quesadillas; it wasn't our favorite. Additionally, the cotija corn is served off the cob, and it tasted like the kernels were from a can, which was quite disappointing.

I called in my order, and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. When I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. I grabbed my bag and headed back home to treat my family. I ordered three tacos: 1. Tinga Taco: my absolute favorite! The meat was bursting with flavor and had a nice kick that elevated the whole experience. 2. Al Pastor: a classic that you must try if you visit. The fresh pineapples and well-seasoned meat were a perfect combination. 3. Carne Asada: fantastic steak that wasn’t overly chewy, unlike what you often find at other restaurants. Overall, if I find myself in the area again, I will definitely be stopping by Turco Taco! – The Fashionable Foodie

My wife ordered the carne asada quesadilla, which also missed the mark and tasted strange. She tried the shrimp and fish tacos, both of which had good flavor but were severely lacking in shrimp and fish quantities. At $4.95 per taco, you expect more. We ended our meal with churros and chocolate, which were enjoyable. If this is an example of the best tacos Naples has to offer, we might be in for a rough time. Good Mexican food is hard to come by in Naples, and in terms of flavor and value, this place doesn't quite make the cut.

These Tacos are some of the best I have ever had. Juicy and tasty! Good atmosphere and patio sitting. Will come back for sure.

I must say it was delicious. The beef tacos were so moist and flavorful and stuffed with all kinds of flavors which complemented each other perfectly, all in a corn tortilla that did not break or fall apart. That is an achievement in taste and texture. I?ll be driving there 100+ miles again to take my family to experience the flavors. The Elote and chips were also delicious and the service was great.
