Two young chefs with surprising talent! He revisits traditional Salento dishes in an innovative way...she is the master of sushi, just seeing the colors and joy with which she prepares her dishes is a pleasure for the sight and the palate! Really good!
Vast and excellent selection of sushi and fish-based dishes superbly revisited. The desserts are also excellent. The service is attentive and the open kitchen is synonymous with quality and transparency towards customers.
Fresh fish, excellent wine, great service. Prices vs quality are great!
The best sushi I've eaten in Salento, trained and friendly staff, good selection of wines.
